These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DetailFlow (the "Service"), operated by MJ Auto Detailing ("DetailFlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
DetailFlow is a job scheduling and invoicing tool for mobile detailing businesses. It lets you manage jobs, customers, employees, invoices, and related business records.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. New subscriptions include a 14-day trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time. Prices may change with advance notice.
You own the business, job, customer, and invoice data you enter into DetailFlow. You're responsible for having the right to store and process any customer personal information you enter (names, contact details, vehicle information, etc.) — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data on your behalf. If you close your account, we'll delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it (e.g., billing records).
Don't use the Service to break the law, send unsolicited messages, attempt to access other businesses' data, interfere with the Service's operation, or reverse-engineer the software. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DetailFlow isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know (e.g., by email or in-app notice) before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
